Summary:
This interactive workshop will explore the tenets of leadership and how to effectively lead the laboratory team to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
Learning Objectives:
1.We will discuss the definition(s) of leadership, different types of leaders, our changing workforce and how that impacts leading our teams.
2.We will examine what constitutes a successful team and the differences between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence.
3. We will review strategies for leading teams through difficult times, balancing vision with action.
